Great to be back in the loop, Ryan Allis —and I'm really grateful to you for finding my project on GitHub and inviting me here. It truly brought me back into this ecosystem!

After an intense 24/7 push through 2025 to complete the foundation for my framework, I hit a massive wall and took a break, monitoring the market only from the corner of my eye. Re-engaging now, I noticed something fascinating: despite all the hype over the past year, the core problems remain, and the market is only now truly maturing for these solutions.

My main struggle this week is pure Information Overload. There's an incredible volume of talent and insights here, but physically it's impossible to process it all.

I have two quick questions for the community:

    1. 🌱 How do you filter the noise? When scanning content, what instantly tells you it's worth your time—a compelling hook, clean visual architecture, real data, or a working demo?
    1. 🌱 Does Social Proof still trick your brain? Be honest—do high follower counts, likes, and engagement metrics still bias your decision to trust someone's product or insights? (I'll admit, I still catch myself falling for it!). And do you think that's actually fair in today's AI landscape?

Stuck on: turning a run club that works into a paid service. GRYT puts 15 to 35 people on a Pittsburgh route every Saturday and the ops are solid (RSVP, waivers, confirmed check-ins, buddy system, recap). The offer is producing a morning run or 5K for a conference, VC offsite or launch. The part I cannot see yet is who signs. Head of community, events lead, or the partner who happens to run? If you have sold a service into conference side-events, I would trade 15 minutes for how you found the buyer.

Answering Tetyana above: my noise filter is one specific operational detail only someone who did the work would know. A number, a failure, a screenshot of the ugly spreadsheet. Hooks and follower counts still pull at me too, so I try to notice it and then ask for the detail.
