1. The service
AI Lounge (operated by Rise Worldwide, Inc.) is a community for people building AI products. Free accounts get a profile, the feed, directory, tools, news and public events. Paid tiers add masterminds and groups gated by verified company revenue (ARR band).
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. One account per person; keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms or the community rules.
3. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a license to display it on AI Lounge and in AI Lounge emails, digests and chat groups. Public profiles, projects and posts are visible to anyone on the web unless you set them to members-only.
4. Pre-built profiles
We create unclaimed profiles from public GitHub and Hugging Face data so builders can find each other. They show only public information, link to their sources, can be claimed by proving account ownership, can be removed on request, and expire automatically after 180 days if unclaimed.
5. Paid memberships
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial (one per member). A card is required to start it; Stripe charges the plan price on day 7 unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions bill monthly or annually through Stripe and renew until canceled. Annual plans are 6× the monthly price (six months free). Founding-member discounts apply to the first year only. ARR bands are self-reported and verified; misrepresenting revenue to join a higher band is grounds for removal without refund. To cancel, message Ryan Allis on AI Lounge or email ryan@lounge.ai at any time; a request received before your trial ends or your plan renews stops the next charge, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
6. Community rules
Be useful, be specific, no spam, no harassment, no reselling member data, no recording calls without consent. Sponsor content is always labeled.
7. Disclaimers
Advice shared by members and hosts is their own. AI Lounge is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We will email members about material changes 14 days before they take effect.
