I'd spend the first week talking to ten people who have the problem and try to get one of them to pay before building much. With almost no budget and only 30 days, a rough product someone pays for tells you more than a polished AI feature nobody asked for.

Anything you build must be attractive enough for users to want to use it. You can build the best tool in the world but if its gets Zero adoption, whats it worth?
Kalp, I'd sit with Ryan on this one. We build most of Venly with a small team and AI, and the code got cheap fast. What still takes the time is finding the ten people who'll actually use it. If you go core feature first, how would you tell by week two that you picked the right one?

Talking to users, but with something rough in your hand. A clickable demo gets way better answers than "would you use this?" Build the smallest thing that shows the idea in a weekend, then spend the rest of the month in front of people.
Building AI-powered products, intelligent agents, and tools that turn ideas into reality.

The Idea is very cool, the Product has real demand and users are willing to pay for it, but the problem is that I have literally zero Marketing budget, so I can't run ads/ Influencer Marketing or anything. I tried Social media, Reddit helped but that is not quite good for Retention.

I think Getting the Core AI feature is the First thing one should Focus on.
