We decided today the name Lounge was too generic -- so we are now called AI Lounge. Over time we will have many Lounges (SaaS Lounge, CEO Lounge, etc.) -- but for now AI Lounge is our first and only Lounge.

• Mastermind recaps: each recap now has a designed Best advice section with the top advice, the quote and who said it, and the recap text is shorter.
• Email digests: daily digests now go to members who have opened a Lounge email or visited in the last 7 days. Everyone else gets the weekly digest, and queued digests are no longer sent twice.
• For You: unseen posts load from the start of the feed. Once those are more than a week old, posts you have already seen this week come back in between.
• Pinned posts: admins can pin posts to the top of For You until they unpin them. The weekly mastermind recap pins itself.
• Post cards: closer to Skool's look, with the level on the avatar, the space and time on a second line, a larger title, and a New comment link in the footer.
• Day-14 email: now asks what features to add and how to make Lounge better.
• Today in AI: a one-line strip on Home with the top headline and a link to AI News, which now holds the full swipe carousel.
• Research, deals and events: today's featured research, deal of the day and event cards sit right under the top post in For You.
• Lighter pages: the member map, profiles, Hall of Fame and topic spaces load faster, and long lists now show one page at a time.
• Ask: saved conversations with links open without an error.

122 new members joined since the last post. Today we shipped project pages with upvotes and comments, a GitHub contributions column on the leaderboard, and a cleaner Home and map.

• Project pages: every project now has its own page at its address on your profile, with the description, links to the site, demo and repo, tags, what you are looking for, and a comment thread. Members can upvote and comment, and the owner is notified.
• Leaderboard GitHub contributions: a new column and sort option show each member's GitHub contributions over the past year.
• Notifications: unread rows sit on a shaded background with a bold title and an orange dot, Mark all read clears the bell straight away, and rows highlight on hover. On phones, Settings moves under your avatar in the profile menu.
• Home tabs: switching tabs is instant, the underline slides to the tab you pick, and your scroll position stays where it was.
• Map: no pins in Antarctica, the world no longer repeats, the map opens on Alaska to New Zealand, and it no longer flashes when you change Home tabs.
• Left menu: six small pages now sit as tabs inside related ones (Angels and Accelerators under Investors, Newsletters under Podcasts, Stock Research under Companies), Meetups sits above Member Repos, and Skills, Prompts and Loops each have their own title and description.
• Comments on every post: recap, deal and research cards now comment in place like other posts, and post links and Share use a readable title address.
• Accelerators: 32 new programs added, with region filters that now cover more of Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.
• Logos: small site icons now load sharper, using the site's own larger icon when one is available.

• Inbox badge: The unread count was stuck at 0 for members with hundreds of DM threads. It now shows the real number.
• Investor pages: Investors with long deal histories now see their deals, and the deal links page goes past 1,000.
• Leaderboard valuations: A newer funding round now updates a company's valuation, and reported rounds are labeled (reported).
• Weekly digest: On Mondays, weekly subscribers get the weekly digest only, not the daily one as well. Daily-only members still get theirs.
• Held mail: Welcome emails and digests that were stuck in a mail hold are going out now.
• Gmail invites: Every Gmail invite now uses the plain letter.

• Investors page: loads faster and stops timing out. The list now reads about half the data it used to.
• Directory and city map: faster and steadier under heavy traffic. The member list refreshes every 10 minutes, and following someone no longer reloads the whole list.
• Profile claims: no more timeouts when you claim a profile.
• Post images: slightly rounder corners on every post image.
• Design preview: an opt-in new look with a dark nav bar, borderless cards, pill buttons and Inter type. Add ?skin=v18 to any page to try it, or ?skin=off to go back.

• Member skills: Profiles list skills inferred from your role, work history, projects and stack. You can edit them, and the directory can filter by them. Leadership & Management is gone because too many people had it to be useful.
• Daily digest: Every member gets the digest now, not about 700 a day. Headlines are written as takeaways, the editor's opening is back, and non-paying members see a short 7-day Lounge Pro trial card.
• New member emails: On day 1 you get your top 10 People to Meet, and on day 2 three recent posts from your city and three from your category.
• Home page exits: A new section below the member map shows the biggest disclosed exits from the Hall of Fame, with company logos.
• Directory category column: The list view has a Category column with up to three pills, sortable, and each row stays one line tall.
• Profile layout: About now sits above skills, categories and stack. On desktop the section titles sit beside their pills to save space.
• People to Meet on the map: Added to the More filter on the map and the directory for signed-in members.
• Today in AI: Every card stays visible until the next news update replaces the set.
• Speed: Pages no longer take 15 to 30 seconds when the shared cache clears.

• Link posts: AI news posts link to the Lounge news story with a short summary, and other link posts show their original source.
• Feed filters: The Showing dropdown narrows For You to founders, developers, investors, corporate members, your city or country, Pro members, or People I Follow, and on wide screens it sits in the tab row.
• Fresh feed on every reload: The feed now surfaces posts you have not seen yet, so the same top post no longer shows up each time.
• Verified founders: Founders whose ARR is verified get a blue check next to their name and a Verified sticker.
• Masterminds: The next call has a Next up card with who is going and the leading topics, past calls list their topics and the total ARR in the room, calls run 60 minutes, and Masterminds sits above Meetups in the left nav.
• @mentions: Type @ and two letters in posts and comments to pick a member, and mentioned members get a notification and an email with a link to the post.
• Member type labels: Founder, Developer, Corporate, or Investor appears next to each author's name on post cards.
• City and country spaces: Your city and country show up as spaces in the left nav with posts from members who live there.
• Today in AI: Stories now refresh every morning, and the carousel has a light mode.

• Today in AI: stories you have already seen stay out of the carousel, new ones appear as they arrive, and the audio briefing now lives on AI News.
• For You: ranking now favors Pro members and founders with a track record (capital raised, an exit, 1,000+ GitHub stars, or $1M+ ARR), and Pro members get more reach for their posts.
• Translations: posts and comments written in another language are translated to English when you post them, and if that fails you are asked to write in English.
• Bar charts: members by city, country and region, ARR bands, and most-used tools now use the same colored bars as Hot Repos languages.

• Inbox on phones: tapping the inbox icon now opens at the top of your messages instead of the bottom of the page.
• Welcome page: explains what Lounge is in plain words, lists the four areas (Members, Home, Learn and Intelligence), and shows the right member count.
• Today in AI: now covers the top 10 stories from the last 48 hours, with a short plain-English takeaway for each and no repeats. The emails, Telegram posts and digests use the same takeaways.
• Billing: Settings shows the plan you chose, its annual or monthly price and your trial end date. Plan changes happen in the app and keep your band. CSV exports need a paid plan, and a trial can start paying in one click.
• Cancel flow: before you cancel, Lounge shows what you'd lose, including the weekly mastermind, asks why you're leaving, and then lets you cancel.
• Tablets: iPad portrait now has area tabs for Home, Members, Learn and Intelligence, and on iPad landscape the search box is usable and the results fit the screen.
• Projects: project posts now live on the Projects tab, so the main feed is only everything else.
• Feed cards: you can comment straight from the card and upvote your own posts. Posts no longer earn points, but comments and upvotes still do.
• City Ambassadors: approved ambassadors can host meetups in the app, with RSVPs and reminders, and those meetups are featured at the top of the meetups list.
• Hot Repos: category chips at the top (AI Agents, Models, Developer Tools and more) show the top 25 in any one category.

• This Week in AI carousel: Home now shows a swipe carousel of the week's top AI stories, each with a short clip, a slow pan or a still, and a close button that stays closed until a new story is added.
• Comfortable density: cards have more room and easier-to-read text by default. Compact in Settings > Account brings back the old tighter layout, and Learn and Intelligence start collapsed in the nav.
• Spaces: a post can sit in up to four spaces, spaces are listed A to Z, and two new spaces are open: GitHub 1k+ Stars (members with 1,000+ GitHub stars or paying members) and VC Backed Members (members with $2M+ raised or paying members).
• Member map: the Directory's filters (ARR band, stack, company, school, GitHub stars) now narrow the map pins. Tapping a face opens its card beside the city, or docks it at the top on phones with arrows to step through the city.
• Account settings: change your email from Settings, link sign-in methods to one account, and delete your account yourself with a typed confirmation.
• Upcoming meetups: the Home row shows today's and tomorrow's meetups, up to six, with time, venue, host, price and RSVP on each card.
• Daily and weekly digests: the daily issue opens with a short editorial note and lists today's stories, each split into what happened, the details and why it matters. The weekly digest has its own edition, and the web issue shows it at the top.
• Left nav: each space shows its post count, and the nav stays in place while you scroll on web.
• Navy dark mode: dark mode uses navy instead of brown, maps use the dark style in light mode too, and posts and newsletters no longer lift on hover.
• Comments: deleted comments now leave the thread, back-to-back throwaway comments are blocked, and points come off when a comment is deleted.

• Shorts full screen: a full screen button on phones keeps swiping and the Back and Next buttons working, and taps on the controls now respond.
• Digest: the From the feed section only shows meetups near you, the new members count covers the last 24 hours, and subscribers no longer see subscribe links in our own digests.
• Shorts playback: videos start on phones with a tap for sound if the browser blocks it, no white flash while loading, no doubled captions, and the Learn tab on phones opens Shorts.
• Member cards: a headline cut short on import no longer repeats inside the bio.
• Inbox: the message box stays on screen while the conversation scrolls, threads open on the newest message, and the right rail shows your profile, this week's events, and trending.
• Direct messages: free members can send 5 messages to people who haven't replied yet, and replies never count toward the limit.
• Invite codes: members in the US or Europe get a member invite code with no use limit, and everyone else keeps 10.
• Fundraising and Exits: now open to every member on the free plan, from the Deals page.
• Spaces: AI Adoption and AI Engineering are new spaces you can post in and browse.
• Welcome: finishing onboarding now explains points, shows your invite link, and links to your first post, comment and upvote.
• Search: results that used to lead to dead pages now open the right news and research, and search is faster.

• Seed deals desk: /deals/seed lists 1,812 AI seed and pre-seed rounds, each with its lead, co-investors, amount and company page. /deals also has a Seed type and under-$10M size filters.
• Sign in with LinkedIn: Continue with LinkedIn is on the login and signup pages, and you can connect LinkedIn in Settings under Account.
• Following feed: the Following tab shows posts from everyone you follow, including projects and polls, so it no longer comes up empty if you follow a lot of people. The celebration animation now shows only on the plain Home page.
• AI Angels and investor profiles: a new Angels entry in the left nav opens a page of AI angel investors ranked by their AI investments, with headshots where we found them. Investor profiles for funds, family offices, accelerators and sovereign funds now include track record, activity and FAQs, and the type counts match the pages.
• AI Developers Lounge: developers now see the AI Developers Lounge WhatsApp group on the chat page and in welcome steps, in place of the founders group.
• Plans and referrals: onboarding shows your own plan with $0 due today, a Start my 7-day free trial button, and a Continue with Free option. Monthly is the default for everyone. When someone you referred pays for the first time, you get a free month.
• Meetups on Home: tomorrow's AI meetups in your city now show above For You next to today's. Social clubs with no AI content are filtered out.
• Left nav and top bar: Model Benchmarks sits under Revenue Leaderboard, Saved moved to the top bar, and nav icons are back.

• Loops & Prompts: A library of 55 prompts in 10 categories, each with inputs, method and a self-check, with copy and Open in Claude or ChatGPT. Loops are now a tab in the same section.
• Demo videos: Project posts and video links play right inside the page, with the real thumbnail and a click to play.
• Search and Ask AI: Search now covers agents, loops, benchmarks, Shorts, company profiles, and member raises and exits, and no single type can fill the results. Ask AI uses the same search.
• Meetups in your city: Today's meetups near you show in one row above For You, and cards name the end day when a meetup runs past midnight.
• Projects looking for: Say what your project needs (design partners, beta users, feedback), and members can filter by it and send you a drafted DM to offer help.
• GitHub stars: Profiles show total stars, the Member Directory has a stars filter, and the leaderboard has a sortable stars column.

• My Raise: A private investor pipeline for Pro members, with a board for each round, drag and drop, editable stages, CSV import and export, and a drawer for amounts, odds, next steps and notes.
• Revenue Leaderboard: Free members now see the top 50 companies, Pro sees the full board, and there is a new ARR by Country card and an AI-Native / SaaS toggle.

• Points for comments and upvotes: Each comment earns 5 points and each upvote you give earns 1, never on your own content, and removing an upvote takes the point back. You will see the points on the comment box, on feed cards, in the left rail and at the top of the leaderboard.
• Written daily digest: Each day's digest email now opens with a note from me, then the top 3 stories with why they matter for founders, up to 7 quick hits, and a line of context on the AI Index.
• Public Revenue Leaderboard and weekly posts: The Revenue Leaderboard is now open to everyone, with CSV export still for paid members. There are also weekly posts on AI funding, exits, and revenue and ARR changes.
• Lounge is open: The home page no longer asks for a password, so anyone can visit lounge.ai and see the community.
• Real names only: Fake names are refused at sign-up and in Settings. We fill in real names from LinkedIn, Google or GitHub when we can, and ask anyone still missing one to add it.
• Load more on the home feed: It now keeps working when things are busy or right after an update, instead of stopping for good.
• Clearer locations: Profiles and cards show City, ST, USA for US members and City, Country elsewhere, like Tampere, Finland. The "local time" label is gone.
• Titles and companies in more places: Band pages, the map list, and followers and following lists now show each member's title and company. Directory cards no longer show "0 projects".
• Member groups for everyone: The WhatsApp, Slack and Telegram groups on the Chat page are open to every member, not just paid ones.
• Photos and faster onboarding: Members without a profile photo now get one found for them. Members who stalled during onboarding get their profile filled in from GitHub or LinkedIn and published, so they show up in the directory.
