🚀 I just shared my Claude Video Maker Skill — an open-source project by AHMII LABS!

🎬 Building a Video Creation Skill for Claude****

I've been working on the Claude Video Maker Skill by AHMII LABS, an open-source project designed to turn creative ideas into motion-graphics videos using Claude and local rendering tools.

🔥 What it can do:****

  • Kinetic typography and animated text
  • Glitch effects, transitions, and visual effects
  • Logo reveals and promotional videos
  • Animated backgrounds, captions, and lower thirds
  • Audio and voice-over integration
  • Local rendering with Python and FFmpeg

The goal is to make motion-graphics creation easier through AI-assisted workflows without depending entirely on paid video-generation services.

🔗 GitHub: github.com/mrz3ron3x/claude-video-maker-skill

I'm sharing this publicly because I want to keep improving it and hear what other builders think.

Question for the community: What feature would you add next — advanced 3D text, cinematic camera movements, or longer video generation?

Built by AHMII LABS 🚀

🚀 Introducing NEX-AI — Building a More Capable Personal AI Assistant

I'm building NEX-AI at AHMII Labs — a personal AI assistant project focused on making AI more useful beyond ordinary conversations.

My vision is to bring together AI assistance, task-oriented agents, automation, and persistent memory in one connected experience.

I'm especially interested in making AI systems more reliable: remembering useful context, handling tasks carefully, and knowing when to ask for clarification instead of guessing.

NEX-AI is an ongoing project, and I'm continuing to develop and improve it step by step. Building in public helps me learn from other developers, founders, and AI enthusiasts along the way.

How do I get my Codex better building math related projects. Specifically Finance/Trading related stuff.

As the 15 year old founder of Atom design with my brother, JJ, I've led my friends and I to learn more about the AI coding world. However, I'm not really content with a web design business (it might not be up right now because of the PHP hack.) I wanted to make passive income which is why I started a personal project to build a Trading algorithm that could do that. If you have any tips from that field I'd be grateful!

Has anyone shipped a reliable AI agent that can recover from mistakes? 🤖

I'm exploring how to make AI assistants more reliable when they perform real tasks, not just generate answers.
One challenge I'm thinking about is what happens when an agent misunderstands an instruction, a tool fails, or an action doesn't work as expected.

For NEX-AI at AHMII Labs, I want reliability to come before adding more features. That means verifying actions, handling errors gracefully, and asking the user for clarification instead of guessing when uncertain.

For builders who have shipped agents: How do you handle failed actions and recovery in production? Do you use retries, checkpoints, verification steps, or human approval?

I'd love to learn from your real-world experience.

Tidehook: a little tug, a heavy tow, and a harbour to restore

M/V Mallow is a small tug with a stubborn heart. Hook a find, feel its weight in the steering, and bring it home to Brindle Bay.

Tidehook is my free browser salvage adventure under Mafuta Games. Three short voyages bring together towing, harbour restoration, upgrades, a working dock crane, passing fog and original music.

I would love a few people to try the first voyage and tell me how the boat feels. Is hooking cargo clear? Does a heavy tow feel different without becoming frustrating? Is it obvious when the crane will take over?

Play: tidehook-mallow.vercel.app/
itch.io: mafuta.itch.io/tidehook — free to play, with optional support.

Gameplay trailer: youtube.com/watch?v=wlEh8gnDOnU

Desktop is recommended while physical touch-device testing continues. The attached image is the game’s illustrated title screen.

The Saffron Wake: eight passages aboard S/V Drommedaris

A weathered ship. A faithful crew. An ocean full of stories.

The Saffron Wake is my maritime adventure under Mafuta Games. Take the helm of S/V Drommedaris, carry cargo, work the harbours, learn the weather and explore a painted world with music and shipboard life. Eight desktop chapters are available; development is continuing.

I would love feedback on the first passage: does steering feel understandable, do you know what to do next, and does the world make you want to keep sailing? Please include your browser and chapter if something gets in the way.

Browser preview: the-saffron-wake.vercel.app/
itch.io: mafuta.itch.io/the-saffron-wake — free Chapter One demo, plus a $5 early-access Windows download of Chapters One–Eight. The full web preview is temporarily free.

Animated concept trailer: youtube.com/watch?v=EdvHWbcF4LI — concept animation, not gameplay footage.

Desktop is recommended while physical mobile testing continues. The attached image is the illustrated title screen. Made with generative-AI assistance in art, writing, code and music systems.

I'm 15. My first client paid me $1,000 and their site got 7 bookings. Now I need customer #2.

The new site I built for AA Windows has gotten 7 bookings since it went live, and Atom Designs got paid $1,000 for it. It's my first real result, and these are the things I think made it work:

One niche. Ryan Allis told me to stop pitching everyone and focus on local home service businesses like window washers, power washers, and roofers. I took that advice, and now I know who I'm building for and what the site has to do: get customers to book.

A real customer first. AA Windows gave me something to build and something to show. It's on my site now as proof of concept, and it taught me more than months of planning.

Building with AI. I use Claude Code and Codex to build faster than I could alone, so a one-person team can ship real sites.

What's not working: finding my next customers. I have the proof and the niche, but I don't have a repeatable way to get in front of the next home service business.

Where I'd love your advice:

If you've sold to local service businesses, how did you land customers #2 through #5?

What's the best way to reach owners who are busy on job sites and don't answer cold emails?…

Multi agent battle royale

Jeremy Sebastian replying to your post, cant seem to comment images back.

I built a multi model, multi backend (lmstudio, lama.cpp, vllm, hermes...), test harness. Not only does the harness have to plug and unplug every viable OSS model I can find, it also has to be built via multiple platforms. Been mixing Claude Code, Codex and Beam for that.

All are in a json lines chat room, and asking eachother things, declaring that they are doing things....

For this project, zero human review of any pull request. And, very few role definitions upfront.

I am letting the room decide.

How do you keep track of local prospects and follow-ups?

Hi everyone, Philippe here, founder of Klirline Inc.
I’m building KlirProspect to help small businesses and agencies find local companies, save relevant prospects, and organize their next follow-up.

The current version uses public OpenStreetMap data. Contact details appear only when available in the source. Missing information stays blank, and outreach drafts require human review.

We’re completing the final technical checks, and I’m looking for 5 small-business owners or agency founders interested in a 15-minute demo.

I’d like to understand whether this fits your workflow, where it falls short, and what would make it worth paying for.
Interested? Comment with your business type and how you currently manage prospecting.

Looking for 5 small-business owners or agencies to try a 15-minute KlirProspect demo

Hi everyone, I’m Philippe, CEO of Klirline Inc.
I’m developing KlirProspect to help entrepreneurs find business prospects and organize follow-up opportunities.

I’m looking for five small-business owners or agency founders who currently handle B2B prospecting. In a 15-minute demo, I’d like to understand your current process, show you the product, and see whether it addresses a real need.

If there’s a fit, we can discuss a small paid pilot with an agreed scope. There’s no commitment required to attend the demo.

where do you draw the line between AI autonomy and human approval?

Hi everyone, I’m Philippe, CEO of Klirline Inc.
I’m building digital tools to help small businesses find prospects, organize their work, and grow their online presence. My current focus is KlirProspect, which helps organize business prospects and follow-up opportunities.

I’m also exploring how AI agents could support administrative, marketing, and customer follow-up tasks, with human approval for important actions.

What’s working for me is using AI-assisted development to turn ideas into working prototypes and improve them through iteration. My current challenge is deciding where useful automation should stop and human review should begin.

For those running agents in real business workflows: what is one task you let an agent complete independently, and one you always review?

I’d appreciate concrete examples, especially from small teams. Happy to share what I learn as I build.

VoidSpider: an open-source passive security scanner with a live “spider” graph dashboard

Hi everyone, I’m Patrick, a CS student in Indonesia who also runs a few small game websites and VPS servers. I built VoidSpider, a passive security audit scanner for websites and local files you own.

How it works: a Node.js server scans one target continuously and streams results over SSE to a fullscreen dashboard. Each page or file becomes a node cluster, and a geometric spider reaches out to whatever is being scanned right now. Findings get a severity level, a fix suggestion, and an A–F score.

What it checks

Websites: security headers (CSP, HSTS, cookies), exposed files like /.env and /.git/config, leaked keys in HTML/JS, TLS configuration, SPF/DMARC/DNSSEC, and subdomain takeover risk.

Local files: hardcoded secrets, risky code patterns, webshell and obfuscation rules (YARA-style, extendable via JSON), dependency CVEs via OSV.dev, secrets in git history, Dockerfile/Kubernetes/Terraform misconfigs, and invisible-Unicode prompt injection.

Extras: drift detection against a baseline, Telegram alerts, SSH/honeypot log ingestion, SARIF output for CI, and an optional triage agent using Claude that only sees redacted snippets.…
