Vibe.co sells a self-serve connected TV ad platform. It combines AI-driven targeting, creative production, media buying and optimization, with direct integrations to streaming publishers. Its customers are ecommerce brands, performance marketers and SMB or mid-market advertisers, and it earns money from ad spend run through the platform. It raised a $22.5M Series A in 2024 and a $50M Series B led by Hedosophia in September 2025, at a valuation of about $410M and a reported $100M+ revenue run rate. Walmart announced it would acquire the company in June 2026 and completed the deal on Aug 4, 2026, reportedly for about $1.4B.
