Mohalla Tech (ShareChat) runs the ShareChat social network, the Moj short-video platform and the QuickTV micro-drama app. They serve users in 15 Indian languages, and advertisers pay to reach them. Revenue also comes from live-streaming and subscriptions. The company raised about $1.2B in total and was valued at about $5B in 2022. FY25 revenue was ₹723 crore, and it turned operationally profitable in Q1 FY27 (Apr–Jun 2026). It is investing ₹100 crore in AI-produced micro-dramas and plans a roughly $400M IPO within 4–5 quarters (reported July 2026).
