BoomerangHR sells enterprise HR software that automates offboarding (exits, compliance, COBRA, 401(k) rollovers, exit interviews). It also keeps verified alumni profiles and matches former employees to open roles, integrating with existing HRMS and ATS systems. Its target customers are companies with roughly 300 to 25,000 employees in healthcare, retail, professional services and manufacturing, and Warby Parker is an early customer. It was founded in 2023 by CEO Jeff Wald and emerged from stealth in September 2026 with a $12.7M seed round led by Kalos Ventures and Album Ventures.
