Collective Health sells a unified TPA platform for self-funded employers. It combines plan administration, member advocacy, care navigation and a partner ecosystem, plus Collective AI, which launched in February 2026 with Google Cloud. It serves 800,000+ members at employers such as Red Bull, Live Nation, Uber and Zoom, and it is paid by employers for administering their plans. It raised about $714–725M in total, including a $280M Series F in May 2021 at a $1.5B valuation. Estimated headcount is about 790 (Aug 2026).
