About Tufin

Tufin's platform, which it now describes as an AI-powered control plane, visualizes and manages network security policy across on-premises firewalls, cloud, SASE, SD-WAN, and microsegmentation. It sells to large, complex enterprises and was founded in Israel in 2005 by Ruvi Kitov and Reuven Harrison. It IPO'd on the NYSE (TUFN) and was taken private in 2022 when Turn/River Capital bought it for about $570M. Headcount is roughly 500 as of mid-2026.
