Employment Hero sells a cloud-based employment operating system that combines HR, payroll, recruitment, benefits and engagement tools, plus the EH Work employee app and a Global Teams employer-of-record service. It mainly serves SMEs, using a SaaS model with per-employee subscriptions, transaction fees and marketplace commissions. It passed A$300M ARR in October 2025 and reported EBITDA profitability. It serves about 350,000 businesses worldwide, and its A$263M Series F in 2023 gave it a valuation of about US$2.1B. It acquired Canada's Humi in 2025, and SEEK began a sale of its stake in February 2026.
