Ivalua sells a cloud, AI-powered Source-to-Pay spend and supplier management platform to large enterprises for procurement.
Ivalua offers a unified Source-to-Pay SaaS platform covering spend analysis, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, eProcurement and invoicing, and it has recently added AI agents (IVA Studio, June 2026). It sells by subscription to large enterprises such as Volkswagen, Booking.com, BAE Systems and Pernod Ricard, with more than 500 customers in 2025. The company was founded in France in 2000 and raised about $134M, including a $60M round in 2019 at a roughly $1B valuation. Hg is reported to have invested in or acquired it in December 2024. Subscription revenue grew 24% in 2025, and headcount passed 1,000 across 15 offices.
