About Rubicon

Rubicon is a software platform for smart waste and recycling. Its products include RUBICONConnect, which manages services across locations, and RUBICONRegWatch, which tracks waste regulation compliance. Customers include corporations such as Walmart, Starbucks and FedEx, plus city governments. It connects them with a network of more than 8,000 hauling and recycling partners in 20 countries. It reported over $500M in revenue in 2019 and 2020. It listed on the NYSE as RBT in August 2022 through a merger with Founder SPAC. Crunchbase now shows it as acquired by Dev.al.
