About DarkTrace

Darktrace's ActiveAI Security Platform learns each customer's normal behavior to detect anomalies and respond autonomously, with products for detection, response, email security and an AI analyst. It reported more than 9,400 customers at fiscal year-end June 2024 and had revenue of about $545M in 2023. Thoma Bravo took the company private in October 2024 in a deal valued at about $5.3B. Ed Jennings became CEO in early 2026, and the company has roughly 2,400–2,600 employees worldwide.
