Armis Centrix is a SaaS platform that finds, monitors and protects managed and unmanaged assets across IT, OT, IoT, medical devices, cloud and code. Customers include Fortune 100, 200 and 500 companies, healthcare systems and national, state and local governments. It sells subscriptions, and Sacra estimated about $340M ARR in January 2026. Armis was valued at $4.8B in 2025. ServiceNow announced a $7.75B all-cash acquisition on Dec 23, 2025, and completed it on Apr 20, 2026. Armis Centrix remains available as a standalone product and is integrated with the ServiceNow AI Platform.
