Appfire sells a large portfolio of apps and services that add workflow, portfolio, DevOps, ITSM and document management features to Jira, Confluence and other enterprise platforms, mainly through the Atlassian Marketplace. It reports more than 25,000 customer companies, including over half of the Fortune 500, and sells on a subscription basis. The company was bootstrapped until Silversmith Capital Partners invested $49M in 2020 and TA Associates added $100M in 2021, for about $149M raised in total. It reported annual recurring revenue passing $200M in 2024 and had logged 76 consecutive profitable quarters by early 2025.
