Armis was valued at $4.8B in 2025. ServiceNow announced a $7.75B all-cash acquisition on Dec 23, 2025, and completed it on Apr 20, 2026. Armis Centrix remains available as a standalone product and is integrated with the ServiceNow AI Platform.
