ARCHIBUS

Archibus makes IWMS software covering real estate portfolio, space planning, asset and maintenance management, and building operations. It also offers cloud, consulting, training and support services. It was founded in 1982 as a spin-off from Boston architecture firm Jung/Brannen Associates, and it launched Archibus Cloud in 2019. It is now part of Eptura, which was formed in October 2022 by combining Archibus, SpaceIQ, Serraview and iOFFICE. Archibus is not primarily an AI company, and I could not verify reliable funding or revenue figures.
