Encore Commons helps groups of two to four choose a venue that works for everyone. It uses Qloo cultural-affinity data to score each candidate for every participant, ranks by the least-satisfied person, and treats vetoes as hard exclusions. In a recorded provider run, all 24 candidates had scores for all three participants; a veto replan took 2.45 seconds without another API call. It does not verify hours, prices, accessibility, or availability.

Ranking by the least-satisfied person is a fair rule, but it can favor bland venues that nobody dislikes. Did you test a softer objective, like average score with a floor? Also, are Qloo's affinity scores comparable across people, or do you normalize them first?
