Building iContact taught me that a product pitched to both individuals and businesses usually ends up speaking clearly to neither, so I'd pick one group for DayPilot's first beta users. Many SaaS CEOs I work with at SaasRise found $5 a month hard to grow on, so the smart booking feature could become the higher-priced business plan later.
