Voice is the right bet for Mooré and Dioula, since millions of people in Burkina Faso speak those languages daily but rarely read or write them. I'd put these open-source tools in front of groups already trying to reach those people by phone, like mobile money providers, health hotlines and farmer advice services, because they feel that gap most and are the likeliest to turn into paying integration customers.
