MCP Manager app for MacOS
Hey AI builders,
After using a number of MCP servers on my machine I've realized that I don't need to keep them running always. And I was looking for ways to manage my MCP servers per client app easily. I didn't find exactly what I had in mind, so I've built it. Maybe you'll find it useful also.
It's a tiny macOS utility that shows up in your toolbar. It allows you to enable/disable a specific MCP server for a specific AI client in one click. No need to manually edit the config. which is very convenient.

Turning a server on for one AI app with one click, instead of editing a config file, is something the teams who publish MCP servers would happily point their users to. I'd ask the makers of five popular servers to link your toolbar app in their setup instructions, so it reaches people right when they're stuck editing config files.
