Running SaasRise, I've seen investors and buyers value SaaS companies on recurring revenue, not registered IP, so I'd swap the 500,000 EUR IP valuation at the top for even one paying customer who uses GTNEra as their standard. Also, the "Built with" field on this project shows what look like your personal chat titles, like the Woolworth shift lists and court filings, so you may want to clear that out.

To give you the transparent background: I haven't launched commercially, pitched to clients, or sought external sponsors yet. GTNEraĀ® & TeNAIĀ® have been built entirely as a self-funded, deep-tech passion projectāinvesting my own time and personal resources out of sheer conviction.
In Germany, activating a commercial entity prematurely triggers a heavy legal, tax, and administrative apparatus that I consciously chose to avoid while maturing the core intellectual property. Operating with complete personal financial independence gave me the luxury of timeāno pressure to rush out low-ticket SaaS wrappers or micro-courses just to generate early vanity metrics.
