DreamForge Vets: where does a clinic lose time between booking and billing?
A busy clinic should not have to enter the same information three times to get through one visit.
DreamForge Vets is my veterinary practice-management platform, currently in pilot. It connects appointments, shared patient records, billing, reminders, intake forms and the pet-owner portal around the working day.
I would like to hear from practice owners, managers and veterinary teams who can walk me through a typical visit. Where do staff retype information? Which handoff breaks when the phone rings and the waiting room fills up?
I can walk through the pilot with you and use your feedback to shape the workflow. A practical critique from someone running a clinic is especially welcome.

What is the one admin task you would most like your clinic software to make easier?

A short screen recording of one visit in DreamForge Vets, from booking the appointment to sending the bill, would show a practice manager right away whether the pet's details really only get typed in once. Could you post that here, and mention how many clinics are using the pilot today?
