Building Agentic Media OS — AI Infrastructure for Creator & Media Businesses

Hi, I’m Chayenne Sman, founder of Candice Hell Entertainment and the creator of Agentic Media OS.

I’m building an AI-first media business and developing Agentic Media OS as open, modular infrastructure for creator and media companies.

The idea is simple: instead of using separate AI tools for research, content, workflows, memory, publishing and operations, I want to build a system where specialized agents and automations work together as one operating layer.

Right now, I’m moving the project from concept and architecture into a more structured technical foundation and working MVP.

I’m especially interested in:

  • agent orchestration
  • AI workflow automation
  • creator/media infrastructure
  • memory and knowledge systems
  • MCP and tool integrations
  • practical AI systems that solve real operational problems

I’m here to learn from other founders, meet strong technical people, and connect with builders who are interested in agentic systems and AI-first businesses.

One thing I’m looking for right now: experienced technical feedback on the architecture and, potentially, a strong AI engineer or technical contributor who wants to help build this properly.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Selling creators one system that replaces their research, content, publishing and operations tools all at once will be a tough first pitch, since most of them only switch when one job hurts badly. I'd pick the single most painful task inside Candice Hell Entertainment, get the agents handling it really well, and use that as the proof that wins over both your first customers and a founding engineer.
