Hi everyone! I’m Enkhtsetseg, founder of MCBI, currently based in Czechia.
I’m developing a pilot platform for battery registration and lifecycle tracking, with organization accounts, unique battery IDs, QR codes, and status history.
I’m exploring how AI could help check data quality and flag missing or inconsistent records, with people reviewing the results.
For those building similar systems: what would you validate first before moving from a prototype to a real-world pilot?

Thank you, Ryan! I’m still at an early stage, working on the prototype on my own. I don’t have a pilot partner or a confirmed first user yet. Right now, I’m focused on getting the basic battery registration and tracking functions working. Identifying a first organization and understanding its actual needs is something I still need to work on.
