My answer is downloading the monthly invoices from each vendor portal, renaming them, and dropping them in one folder for my bookkeeper, because it's boring, easy to check, and nothing goes out to another person. I'd pitch NEX-AI to small bookkeeping firms that do that same chore for dozens of clients every month, and offer one firm a free month in exchange for a case study showing the hours saved.
