I’m Dinfa Dashe Kefas, Founder of Web3.0 Alliance Ltd, a full-stack developer building AI and blockchain tools for African markets.
My flagship is Web3Tribe University (web3tribe.university), an edtech platform with cohort-based learning, instructor revenue-sharing, and opportunity matching that connects learners to real jobs. It was showcased at the NBTI/UKALD NextGen Innovation Challenge in Abuja and selected for the Grand Finale at ExCeL London this October.
I also build Tunez9ja (music streaming for Nigerian artists), MyTownship (a civic platform for Plateau State), and BizDoc (an offline-first business tool), and I work on the World Bank-funded IDEAS-TVET skills programme.

Connecting learners to real jobs at the end of a cohort is the part of Web3Tribe University that stands out, because a course that leads to paid work is much easier for a student in Jos to justify paying for. Making the Grand Finale at ExCeL London this October should also help you win the trust of the employers you need on the hiring side of that match.

The model in Jos has already worked: our pilot at Plateau State Polytechnic reached hundreds of learners, and the response was strong enough to attract funding. The demand is proven, so we’re now building www.web3tribe.university to scale that same model across the nation, with real job connections at the end, so every course is worth what a student invests in it.
