Founding Partnerships Lead for an AI music, audio or voice team: 7 cross-border partnerships opened, in English and Spanish

AI companies building in music hit the same wall: the product works, but artists, labels and rights holders need a reason to trust it. Someone has to walk into those rooms and come out with partnerships.

That’s what I’ve done for 15+ years. I opened seven cross-border partnerships across the US, Mexico and Colombia, priced in USD, and founded and ran Panacea Studio with a four-person team and 50+ clients. I’m a voting member of the Recording Academy and Latin Recording Academy. I designed Provenance as Substrate (pinned on my profile), open infrastructure that signs credit into audio. And I ship with Claude Code, so I can talk to your engineers as easily as to a label.

I’m looking to join as a founding team member: partnerships, BD or product. Available from November. NYC, Nashville, Austin or remote.

If that’s a gap on your team, reply here or find me on LinkedIn.

Opening seven partnerships across the US, Mexico and Colombia, all priced in USD, shows an AI music founder you can get rights holders to sign paid deals. Which teams are you pitching first: AI music generators, voice startups, or audio tools that labels use?

Thanks, Ryan. AI music generators first. They’re moving from fighting rights holders to licensing from them, and trust is the bottleneck there. Voice startups second, because consent and credit for a voice is the same problem in a different room. Audio tools that labels use come third: easier to sell, but less urgent. To keep it accurate: Panacea is a boutique studio in Buenos Aires, so those seven were boutique-scale partnerships, not label licensing deals. What carries over is the work itself: getting artists and partners in three countries to trust a deal, price it in dollars and sign it.
