On AI and All Industries/Professions

Not sure about everyone else, but I am extremely keen on understanding certain patterns that come across several industries/professions. On thing that is standing out to me is how AI initiatives can be copy/pasted at several companies since everyone (most medium - large enterprise companies) has a similar set of problems. 1) Everyone wants AI; 2) No one knows how to make a decision; 3) When decisions are made, they are made in a vacuum; 4) No one wants to own the outcomes; 5) Those that do own an outcome or set of outcomes end up having a few things figured out. I am personally benefiting from this boom / bubble - whatever you want to call it - in manners I didn't immediately see possible until someone let me know about these patterns. Now I feel like I can go anywhere I want and immediately provide value. If you'd like to know a little more about how I have been thinking lately, feel free to reach out!
