Shipped: Kazma
Kazma is a self-hosted AI agent that asks before it acts. One bilingual (English/Arabic) agent you reach from the browser, the terminal, Telegram, Discord or Slack — it works inside your repository, researches, writes, runs your schedule, and remembers what you tell it, pausing for human approval before anything risky. Built for developers and small teams who want an agent on their own machine instead of a black-box SaaS. Open source under MIT, with 18,145 automated test cases across 1,352 files — this is infrastructure, not a prototype.

Gulf banks, insurers and government contractors often can't send their data to an outside SaaS tool, so a self-hosted agent that treats Arabic as a first-class language fits them well. I'd sign five of those teams in Kuwait as beta users and charge for setup and support while the code stays free under MIT, which gets you early revenue and a local reference customer.
