Since you're making the skill open source, the money is probably in doing the work for people who won't set it up themselves. Founders launching on Product Hunt need a 10 to 15 second cinematic intro for their listing and rarely have a designer, so a flat-fee, done-for-you launch video, with every finished clip shared publicly as a demo, could bring in paying customers and new users for the free skill at the same time.
