Welcome to Lounge, Deep. You're looking for design partners, so who is the first type of business you'd want to try this with, maybe customer support or something else? And what problem would they be hoping it solves for their callers?
I think customer support is probably the strongest starting point. A lot of businesses spend too much time handling the same questions over and over, and customers don't always want to wait for an answer. A Voice Agent that can resolve common issues, qualify requests and hand off complex cases to a human while improving the customer experience.
