Embage: Build agent for your customers, run workflows, analyzed.
Embage is a no-code builder for customer-facing AI agents, launched on Product Hunt, where it drew 166 upvotes and 11 comments. Teams can publish chat or voice agents on their own websites and on Telegram. The product uses specialized sub-agents, each with one job, such as searching a knowledge base, writing a datastore record, looking up a product or drafting a follow-up. The company's site lists connections to Gmail, Shopify, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, calendars and CRMs.
When a chat ends, the platform scores the conversation, summarizes it and lists suggested next steps. Its launch description also says it scores lead quality and extracts structured data from conversation transcripts. Voice agents run in the visitor's browser, handle interruptions, transcribe speech and can save leads or tickets mid-call. Both chat and voice can hand off to a human.
Pricing has two modes. A free plan lets users supply their own model key through OpenRouter or Vercel AI Gateway, and website chat replies then consume no Embage credits. Paid plans include monthly AI credits. Product Hunt also placed Embage ninth in its November 2026 monthly leaderboard. Sending agents through Gmail or Outlook is still a roadmap item called Open Channels.
Why it matters
For founders, the product shows where horizontal agent builders are heading: one builder covering web chat, browser voice, Telegram and CRM actions, with evaluation included instead of sold separately. Teams that already pay model providers can keep platform costs low by bringing their own keys, which pushes vendors to justify their fee through workflow tooling and reporting.
For operators and investors, lead scoring and post-call data extraction touch revenue and data quality, so the pitch is measurable outcomes rather than chat volume. Voice economics remain the open question. Voice usage draws on credits that scale with traffic, so margins depend on model and speech costs. Buyers and investors should ask how a vendor measures resolution quality and how it handles broken integrations.
