About Glilot Capital
Kobi Samboursky and Arik Kleinstein founded Glilot Capital Partners in 2011. Nofar Amikam later joined as a partner. Lior Litwak joined as managing partner to lead the Glilot+ growth fund, after serving as a partner at M12, Microsoft's venture fund. Press reports describe about $400 million in assets under management and 12 exits, including CyberX, LightCyber and IntSights. Its third fund, closed at $110 million, was described as focused on early-stage AI, big data and cybersecurity startups. Its fourth seed fund raised $220 million for cybersecurity, enterprise software and developer tools. Glilot+ was launched in 2021 at $170 million and was later reported at $180 million.
Most of Glilot's recent AI deals are in securing AI systems. Rein Security builds controls over the actions AI agents take inside enterprises. Bloom Security targets risks from AI agents, browser extensions and MCP servers. Glilot also led Niv-AI, which works on AI infrastructure and manages power use in GPU data centers. Arik Kleinstein, who commented on the Niv-AI round, called the company a control plane for data center power. Glilot often shares rounds with other funds. It co-led Rein's Series A with Sienna Venture Capital and Way Security's round with Insight Partners. It led Niv-AI's seed with participation from Grove Ventures and others.
The seed funds back young companies, and Glilot+ invests after the Series A. At the 2021 Glilot+ launch, Glilot said the fund would invest $5 million to $20 million in about 15 companies, leading or participating in later rounds. Glilot has not published a check size range for its seed funds. Rounds it has led or co-led in the Lounge deals data run from $8 million to $25 million in total round size.
