UltraGreen.ai combines indocyanine green (ICG) agents (IC-Green/Verdye), the IC-Flow imaging system and AI quantification software (PerfusionWorks) for real-time tissue perfusion assessment in surgery. It sells to hospitals, surgeons and healthcare providers, and its technology is distributed in 28 countries. In September 2025 it raised US$188M at about a US$1.3B valuation, led by 65 Equity Partners and Vitruvian with August Global Partners. It then listed on the SGX Mainboard (ULG) in December 2025, and it acquired Perfusion Tech ApS.
