RateHawk is a B2B travel booking platform owned by Emerging Travel Group, which also operates ZenHotels and Roundtrip. It gives travel professionals access to about 3 million accommodations, along with flights, transfers and car rentals. It also offers an API to large OTAs and travel-tech platforms. It earns money from net-rate bookings, and agents can add their own commission. In 2025, Emerging Travel Group reported $4.8B in gross transaction value (up 30%), RateHawk's net booking value rose 40%, and it had more than 110,000 partners. Tracxn estimates about 550 employees in mid-2026. Reported headquarters are the Delaware registered addresses, although Emerging Travel Group's operations are largely based in Dubai and Cyprus.
