OYO Rooms
OYO, whose parent Oravel Stays rebranded as PRISM in September 2025, runs a tech-enabled platform for budget-to-premium hotels and vacation homes. It serves travelers and independent property owners, who list or franchise with it. It earns a share of booking revenue and fees, and it owns Motel 6 and Studio 6 through the December 2024 G6 Hospitality acquisition, plus Belvilla and DanCenter. As of December 2025 it had 24,303 hotels and 124,668 homes in 35+ countries. FY26 revenue rose 49.7% to ₹9,358 crore (~$980M), with net profit of ₹994 crore and gross booking value of ₹30,683 crore. It has raised about $3.4–3.5B in total and filed updated IPO papers in 2026 for a ₹6,650 crore fresh issue.
