Navan (formerly TripActions) sells a single platform that combines corporate travel booking, expense management, corporate cards (including bring-your-own-card via Navan Connect) and AI assistants. It serves more than 10,000 business customers such as Unilever, Adobe and Christie's. Revenue is mostly usage-based, from booking fees and supplier commissions, with a smaller subscription and card-interchange share. It went public on Nasdaq (NAVN) in October 2025, raising about $923M at a roughly $6.2B valuation. Fiscal 2026 (year ended Jan 31, 2026) revenue was about $702M, up about 31%, with a GAAP net loss of about $398M.
