LucidHealth, founded in 2018 and based in Columbus, Ohio, runs a clinically integrated, physician-owned network of community-based radiology practices. It sells remote and onsite radiology, professional service agreements and management services to health systems and outpatient imaging centers. Its teleradiology arm was rebranded from LucidSolutions to Lucid Teleradiology in 2026. It uses AI tools such as Rad AI Omni Impressions for report dictation. After selling its Radiology Regional division to RadNet, it manages practices serving over 140 facilities in six states. Third-party sources estimate headcount at roughly 2,000 and revenue near $300M, but these are unverified; no outside funding is disclosed.
