When both agents see a match, candidates get introduced to decision-makers without filing applications. It reportedly earns a commission on successful hires, around 10% of first-year salary per one profile. It raised a $20M seed round led by Creandum in October 2025 and a $40M Series A led by Air Street Capital in September 2026, for about $60M in total. It is expanding into the US, and its LinkedIn page shows about 97 employees.
