Finloop is a Hong Kong-based wealth-tech platform, incubated by Fosun Wealth Holdings. It provides financial institutions and corporates with cash management, funds, structured products, bonds, insurance and virtual-asset offerings, plus AI tools (AI Product Manager, AI Investment Advisor, AI Assistant) and a tokenized real-world-asset (RWA) platform. It earns money by distributing products and licensing technology to institutional clients. Its products include FinCycle, backed by BNY Investments' liquidity platform and launched in 2025, and Finterprise for corporates. In 2025 it joined Hong Kong's OASES strategic enterprise programme. In 2026 it raised over US$10M in a Series A+ round with HSBC as a strategic investor.
