CloudWalk
CloudWalk builds InfinitePay, a Brazilian acquiring and digital-banking platform with card machines, Tap to Pay, Pix, business accounts and AI-underwritten credit. It also runs JIM, a phone-as-POS app for the US. Its customers are small and micro merchants, over 5 million of them in Brazil by 2025. It earns mainly from merchant discount fees on card transactions, plus interest on loans. It reported about US$1.2B in annualized revenue and US$128M in annualized net income in 2025. It raised a US$150M Series C at a $2.15B valuation in 2021 and raised large debt financings in 2025–2026.
