DriveNets develops Network Cloud and Network Cloud-AI. These are cloud-native networking software running on standard white-box hardware, sold to service providers, hyperscalers, NeoClouds and enterprises. Its Ethernet-based AI Fabric is positioned as an alternative to InfiniBand for AI back-end compute and storage networks. In 2025 AT&T bought a roughly $650M secondary stake, and in June 2026 the company closed a $410M Series D at an $8.5B valuation. Tracxn puts total funding at about $997M and headcount at 599 as of Aug 2026.
