OVHcloud
OVHcloud, legally OVH Groupe SA, was founded in Roubaix in 1999 by Octave Klaba. It sells private cloud, public cloud (IaaS/PaaS), web cloud (hosting and domains) and bare-metal servers, and it runs its own data centers and designs its own servers. It serves about 1.6 million customers, mostly SMBs plus large enterprises and public sector organisations. Revenue is subscription and usage based. It has been listed on Euronext Paris since its October 2021 IPO. FY2025 revenue was €1,084.6M (up 9.3% like-for-like), with adjusted EBITDA of €437.8M and net income of €0.4M. Octave Klaba returned as Chairman and CEO in 2025.
