Ascerta (formerly Pay-i) sells software that connects AI cost, adoption and agent activity to business outcomes. Its products include Atlas (AI value/ROI), Forge (coding-agent productivity) and Convoy (self-managed AI capacity). Customers include Atos and Wipro. The company emerged from stealth in May 2025 with a $4.9M seed round. In September 2026 it raised an $18M Series A led by Dell Technologies Capital, bringing total funding to $22.9M.
