Infor builds industry-specific CloudSuite ERP, supply chain, asset management and workforce applications, and has added AI and agentic automation (Infor Industry AI, announced October 2026). It sells subscriptions and services to mid-size and large enterprises in more than 170 countries. Founded in 2002, it was acquired by Koch Industries in 2020 for about $13B and now operates as a standalone Koch subsidiary. Revenue was reported at about $3.2B in 2019, and Tracxn counts about 22,000 employees in April 2026.
