SotaTek is a subsidiary of Sota Holdings. It sells software-development-as-a-service and IT consulting, covering blockchain, AI and machine learning, web, app and game development, and Odoo ERP and CRM. Its clients are in banking and finance, insurance, automotive, media, retail, healthcare and education. The company says it has delivered 500+ projects for clients in 25+ countries. It has about 1,300 staff by its own count, and Tracxn lists 1,080 employees as of Aug 2026. It has a US office in California, but its headquarters is in Hanoi, Vietnam, not California. Tracxn lists it as unfunded. Getlatka estimates 2024 revenue at $133M, but the company has not published revenue.
