Its customers are enterprises in retail, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods and logistics. It sells the platform as SaaS and has raised about $230M in total, including a $70M Series B in 2022 and a $60M Series C in November 2024 backed by SoftBank, Microsoft and Accel. Sources estimate revenue at roughly $90M–$134M and headcount at about 1,400–1,700, with offices in Belo Horizonte, São Paulo and San Francisco.
