goTRG, legal entity The Recon Group LLP, was founded in 2008 by CEO Sender Shamiss. It rebranded as ReturnPro in November 2024. It combines proprietary returns-management SaaS, reverse-logistics facilities and ReCommerce marketplace resale services for retailers and manufacturers. Its customers have included six of North America's top 10 retailers. It says it has recovered more than $3B in value for clients (as of 2021), and it reported about $5B recovered in its 2023 impact report. Revenue estimates vary by source: Latka reports about $163.7M for 2024 and RocketReach about $105.6M. The company is privately held and no outside funding is listed.
